EXCELLENT Based on 50 reviews Ekaterina IvanovaMay 21, 2024 Great salon with lovely customer service. Their hairdressers are knowledgeable and helped to achieve great results in my blonde journey ???? always feel welcomed and can’t recommend Foxy salon enough. Thank you! Ella MargitteMay 16, 2024 Firstly, this salon knows how to deal with damaged blonde hair which is of utmost importance (especially Mergime is great with coloring, I’d highly recommend her). Extensions are of the highest quality and done with expertise and precision. Alexandra ValceaMarch 27, 2024 I recently tried Airtouch at Foxy and was thoroughly impressed. ????The color transition was flawless, and I appreciated how it added dimension without looking stripy or overdone.Plus, the process was surprisingly gentle on my hair, leaving it soft and healthy. I highly recommend Airtouch for anyone looking for a beautiful, blonde look. I have showed to Aleksandra and her team the icy blonde I am looking and they delivered my expectations???????? Definitely I will be back always and always again! AsheezaFebruary 23, 2024 Would give a 0 if possible. I booked an appointment to get my long overgrown roots bleached. I reached out through Instagram since I saw a few ads about them, they said they specialised in colour which is why I chose this salon in the first place. I had been growing out my hair for about 9 months due to extreme damage which is what a very professional hair dresser had advised me to do. It was about 4 inches of black hair and 2 inches of old bleached ends. I sent foxy pictures of my hair and was told they would be able to achieve my full champagne blonde look. I usually go to another salon but I thought I would try and support a small independent business. On the day of the appointment, I was greeted normally and handed over to a lady who didn’t speak that much English but promised me that she had seen the pictures and would be able to do it. I told her since my ends are bleached I wouldn’t want any bleach touching them because my hair is very fine and I wanted to prevent more damage. She said yes and started the process. The first thing I noticed was the extreme hair pulling and the application of bleach with an extremely hard brush and a fine comb. I understand every hair dresser have their own method so I didn’t say much, putting my trust in the process. I realised she was combing the applied bleach till the ends of my hair, when I said something about it the lady corrected me and dismissed my concerns to continued her work. It was also one of the longest applications I’ve ever had, about 2 hours of application. I obviously didn’t question it but in hindsight I should’ve known she didn’t know what she was doing entirely. After the rinse, I didn’t see my hair completely but it looked very orange which is unexpected from what I’ve usually seen. She applied a very dark toner but you can’t judge the actual colour of how it’ll look in your hair. Once again I raised my suspicions but she said it’ll be fine. After the toner, now about 5 hours into the appointment, I got rinsed and saw the atrocity that was my hair. Three different shades all over, the first inch of my roots were canary yellow, the mid sections a hideous dark blonde, and the ends bright white grey. I could not believe it, i asked the woman and she went to another lady at the salon where they kept talking in their own language for about 15 mins. When I expressed my concern and asked what happened and what they were planning on doing to fix my hair, I was told to keep calm and not get hysterical. I sat there listening to two hair dressers talking in their language and not explaining anything. I literally had to go cry in the bathroom, from the extreme stress of this situation. They finally told me they would be applying some colour corrector on my mid section to get rid of the colour and another toner. The first hair dresser stepped back and another lady came to do the rest. Another hour later, it was slightly better but my hair was till two different distinct shades. When I went to pay, I was told to come back next week to have it fixed but I would have to pay upwards of £100 for a mistake made by them. In total I paid about £280 pounds, with a 10% discount and was going to be charged another £35 for an olaplex treatment that I did not opt for, which I was told is always done but I made it clear I would not be paying for it. In total, a complete nightmare of a 6-7 hour appointment with damaged uneven and ugly hair. The receptionist was not even apologetic about it and kept blaming me for it since I grew out my hair, even when I told her the bleach was put on my ends. I did not hear a single apology or a discount until I asked for the £35 to be removed, and on top was going to have to pay for their mistake to be corrected. I did not go for the next appointment since I do not trust their method or service. If you value your hair, time and money do not go here.
